1. Introduction
This document outlines the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) for the LB Code | Sign Kit system (“Service”), developed and provided by Kristina Listopadova as a self-employed provider (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing or using any part of the Service, you (“the user” or “the master”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
LB Code | Sign Kit is a customized automation system designed to help beauty professionals securely collect and store client intake and consent forms in digital format. The Service includes:

• A personalized Tilda webpage with embedded intake & consent forms
• Google Docs-based templates for automatic PDF generation
• Google Apps Script automation
• Google Drive storage integration
• Step-by-step implementation support

Each user receives their own secure storage system, deployed under their personal Google account. The system is delivered as a one-time setup with optional ongoing subscription.
3. User Requirements
To use the Service, you must:

• Own or create a personal Google account
• Follow the setup instructions provided after purchase
• Not modify or tamper with critical system settings
• Ensure compliance with local, state, or federal data protection laws (e.g. CCPA, HIPAA, GDPR)

All collected client data is stored in your personal Google Drive and fully under your control.
4. Pricing & Subscription Plans
The Service is offered under three plans:
• Starter
$69 one-time setup + $19/year
Includes basic intake & consent forms, a Tilda page with action buttons, and essential system setup. Email support is provided during initial setup only.
• Pro
$139 one-time setup + $39/year
Includes all Starter features, plus editable document templates, branding, and monthly updates upon request. Email support included.
• Premium
$369 one-time setup + $69/year
Includes all Pro features, plus full white-label integration, up to 10 premium page designs, integration of custom links, and VIP-level support with unlimited updates upon request.
Emergency technical support is included in all plans.
5. Technical Support
Support is provided via:

• Starter plan: One-time support during initial setup
• Pro plan: Monthly updates upon request
• Premium plan: Ongoing updates and priority support

We do not access your storage or see any client data. If support is needed, a new folder is configured and you are responsible for transferring any prior data.
6. Use of Platforms
The system integrates with:

• Google Drive – for secure PDF storage
• Google Apps Script – to automate PDF generation
• Tilda.cc – to host your personalized client-facing forms
• Stripe / Tilda Payments – for payment processing

We do not store or process form submissions. Your clients’ data is submitted directly into your private Google Drive via secure automation.
7. Data Collected from You
We collect the following personal data when you purchase the Service:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Activation date

This data is used solely to provide and support the Service and to manage your subscription. You may request that we delete your data at any time.
8. No Access to Your Clients’ Data
We do not collect, store, view, or access any data entered by your clients into your intake or consent forms.
All such data is:

• Submitted directly through your personalized forms
• Stored in your private Google Drive
• Processed by a script deployed under your account
• Not accessible to us, even if hosted via a page on our Tilda site

We are not a data controller or processor under CCPA, HIPAA, or GDPR in relation to your clients’ data.
9. Data Ownership and Responsibility
You, the master, are the sole owner and controller of your client data. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and informing your clients about how their data is stored and used.
We act solely as a technical service provider.
10. Modifications, Updates & Customizations
Customizations and updates to templates, forms, or system logic are:

• Not included in the Starter plan
• Available upon request in the Pro plan (monthly)
• Included as unlimited updates in the Premium plan

Any unauthorized modification of system logic may lead to errors or data loss. We are not responsible for any consequences of manual edits made by the user.
11. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential technical cookies to ensure proper functionality of the website and its features. In addition, we may use anonymized third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to better understand how users interact with our site and to improve user experience.
These analytics tools may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser type, device model, time spent on pages, and referral sources. This data is aggregated and does not allow us to identify individual visitors.
We do not use advertising pixels, personalized tracking, or sell any analytics data to third parties.
By using our site, you consent to the use of these basic cookies and analytics tools.
12. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service & Privacy Policy are considered accepted upon payment.
By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to abide by them
• You accept responsibility for all client data stored within your system

13. Disclaimer
The LB Code | Sign Kit system is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, future updates, legal compliance in your specific jurisdiction, or the continued compatibility of third-party platforms such as Google Drive, Google Apps Script, or Tilda.
You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the legality and accuracy of your intake and consent forms
• Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Informing your clients of their data rights and your storage practices

We do not act as legal advisors and this system does not constitute legal, medical, or compliance guidance. Any customization, data use, or deployment beyond the original setup is performed at your own risk.
By using this system, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to data loss, regulatory penalties, or third-party claims.
14. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are only available if requested prior to the commencement of the setup process. Once access to the system or materials has been provided, refunds are not possible.
